[BC] CP Purchase and Expiration Extension

Hi all,

Sorry to cross post but need an answer quick.

Anyone heard if there has been a change in FCC policy concerning an 18
month extension when an entity purchases a soon to expire CP?

Just had someone call abt a DA that will expire soon where a broker is
telling him that he will get 18 more months to build if he purchases by
the CP expiration.

Me thinks that the broker is spewing trash to make a sale.
