 Depending on WHICH WinCE, it may not be all that bad.

 True, the mainstay ultra-reliable workhorse of real time is QNX.
 Comes on one CD.
 WinCE, depending on which version, can be true real time, albeit
 very slow, comes on 18 CD's.

 That pretty much tells me what I need to know.
