Hi Steve, I had similar issues with an OLD (1997) Z5 and ended up replacing all the amp modules in the xmit last year. I was having restart troubles and we found that I only had 2 modules left that could restart properly. Harris will ship you a new one and depending on the vintage give you a credit for your old one. At no time did they recommend field repairs so...

I am having a hard time locating the MOSFET that is used.  Part number shown 
on the MOSFET on the pallet is ON5040.
