[BC] Making hard choices

True that it certainly helps with the documentation.
However, I've been reviewing "foreign" code for many
years and have never seen any documentation at all!

It seems that many programmers in Ireland and India
have been taught that the 'C' language is somehow
"self documenting!"

In the "History," I needed to be brief and now
write a book because these pages are "executive
summaries" in which the point must be obvious
after a glance of a few seconds. Thanks for your
kind words.

Cheers,

Richard, this reply will be on list.

I hope you do well, VERY well with this endeavor. I really do.

You might add that not only are your programmers located on
this side of the ocean, but a significant advantage is that they
speak English as their first language. This means that they will
understand not only the words, but the meaning of sentences
and nuances of phrases as well. BIG advantage.
