Yes, I've read that one. It seems to claim that response as long as
0.9 ms is still valid, FCC wise... I was wondering if maybe the rules
got more specific in that regard since the 80s?

Also, as most of the newer modulation monitors have the provision to
change the response time (I don't know if that's the consequence of
the ModMinder or not), I'd be curious to know which response setting
do people settle for when setting the modulation level?
