If you are really concerned about audio quality you should switch from
64 kbps HE-AAC to 96 kbps AAC and get rid of that SBR high-end. I know
that today a lot of things are called "near CD-quality"... But the
96kbps (or even better - 128 kpbs AAC) would actually come close to
that.
