[BC] Fairness doctrine by another name? aka censorship?

This another one of those false "threats" that just won't go away. 
It's on a par with the religious folks believing that the FCC was 
going to prohibit the broadcast of religion. So long as these 
"threats" get people riled up they'll be with us forever, regardless 
of how many times they're shown to be wrong.
