Sorry to disappoint you, Bill but Howard Stern
is only available on a fee-based delivery system.
Affiliates have to pay fees to broadcast certain
other talk show hosts. Free speech will soon be
a thing of the past. It all started with having to
pay telephone bills and its gone downhill ever
since :-)
