Most owners are business people; and the good ones will broadcast 
whatever it is that they think will draw audience.  Jeff Smulyan (Emmis) 
is a case in point - WIBC carries Rush, because that's what the folks in 
Indianapolis want to hear.  The few leftie talkers that have been tried 
in this market - and not on weak signals, either; full-up Class B FM 
with the tower soaring above the skyline - no-one listened.  Format 
changed after about 12 months.
