Uh, it's VIRTBIZ, but I wouldn't be such a shameless self promoter if I 
didn't point that out.  ;)

The trick will be to find the right measurement since I need them to fit 
a specific application.   They need to have only a very narrow piece of 
material between the holes and the point at which they mount to the 
inside of the cabinet.  Being off just a little bit will make them 
pretty worthless, since 19" = 19", not 18-7/8".

Worst case, if we cannot salvage these cabinets and convert them then 
we'll have some actually pretty darned nice cabinets for sale.  <shrug>.
