Do you mean RIAA National Bank?  Third quarter they owed over $10mil  in 
accrued interest, a mere $2.2mil for licensing royalties.  
 
Seems like there was no single point of failure other than bank debt.   The 
amount owed for interest is four times what is owed in licensing  royalties.
