I had exactly the same reaction when I first read it.  Then, when it  
was revealed they were going to fill empty avails, I got it.  I think  
it was a great business plan.
Something went wrong.
I think the thing that went wrong was that the business is really  
awful right now, and it might never come back.
Maybe Google knows, once again, something we do not.
They are NOT stupid people.
