Mike,

Thanks. Your comments are exactly why I continue (after 20 years) to 
take the time and resources to make this list (and the other ones) available.

This is list will continue, I hope, to feature some of the best folks 
in the industry sharing helpful information with one another. 
Personal attacks are not welcome and are stopped as soon as possible. 
(I also appreciate that most of you will not take part in such 
attacks, which keeps the "atmosphere" on the list as positive and 
enjoyable as it is.)
