Glen....    Have you condidered installing new six bay antenna at 328 feet and also new feed line, keeping present antenna and feed line as standby? You did not mention wx conditions at site. You might even consider a new xmtr (probably lower power) and thus wind up with a "hot" standby.  Have you calculated the power savings by not going to higher power xmtr?
Just some additional thoughts to thimk abt.
