Well, it doesn't have to physically BE at the transmitter (unless you want
it to) but the EAS activity must be able to go straight to the program line
that feeds the transmitter.  I have set up several EAS systems (Sage, TFT
and Burk) and if a suitable box was not available I always went down to
RadioShack and bought a 4PDT relay and a box to put it in,. and inserted
that into the program line.  Never run the EAS box through a board input.
That is a "no-no."
