[BC] Marti STL Info

Howdy,

I'm in need of a Frequency setting for a Marti STL-15C transmitter and
R-15C receiver.

While I'd prefer a PDF of the manual, or the manual itself, I really
just need the Dip switch settings for 946.5.

Marti doesn't list this in their manuals on their site.  I recall
someone hosting a site with lots of old manuals, but don't recall the
address.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
