[BC] Microsoft Word

up on the tool bar there is a paragraph button.  kind of looks like a 
strange symbolic P.

did this get clicked in error???

There is also a way to have word display this way using control and 
another key.. perhaps a hand slip???

Try clicking the button  I referred to above see if that helps
