Surely a joke he ha ha ha ha! I get to sign away
everything I do, even when sitting on the toilet!

Furthermore, in the "radio days," few companies
bothered to patent things. At Cetec/Sparta, we
started to patent a RF power combiner that was
unlike anything in the literature. However, it
was abandoned at the first examiners query
that a "transformer" was prior art!!!! This meant
that everybody could not copy it.
