It strikes me that shipping a couple of dollars worth of small parts is not 
worth the billing process. FREE generates MUCH goodwill. Next time you need 
a $3500.00 box, whose will you prefer?
I was missing three connectors from our Sine, but I found them under the 
rack when I moved it. Hurrah!
When I was a bartender back in an ante-deluvian life of mine, we were 
encouraged to give away every tenth drink, or so, to regular customers (not 
necessarily on the same night)! It was an excellent value in promotion. 
Sometimes it was the first drink free for a customer who had not been in 
for a while. Good for tips, too!
