All I could get out of the person at the NetOps number was 'that has been moved to Relay
1-2-3'

Repeated queries as to whether they were both sending the tones and sending relay closures
were met with 'that has been moved to Relay 1-2-3'

So the answer to your question must be 'who knows?'

Bottom line is I grabbed a pre-made StarGuide relay cable that I had in the Grand Caravan
and installed it and it worked.
