[BC] Symetrix 528E Pushbuttons

Closest I can find from Mouser is either
http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Ntt=688-SPUJ190900 for a 2
pole, or http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Ntt=688-SPUJ193700 for
a 4 pole, both latching.  You'll need to check the datasheet for them to
make certain the lead spacing is what you need, as I don't have a 528e
available to me, and it's been a few years since I last took one apart.
Last time, I wound up either jumpering the switch, or stealing the
mic/line switch from the back.
