[BC] Symetrix 528E Pushbuttons

I have a few of them that I want to "hotrod" for my ham shack and other
projects, they sound great when set up properly. I'm also working on a
daughter board pcb to replace the SSM2015 with a SSM2019.  One of the
buttons was jammed in somehow and someone broke the little button part,
switch works fine if i use a paperclip to push it in. Have you tried using
DeOxit by Caig to clean the switch? It's the best cleaner around. Some radio
shacks carry it.
