 To be fair, this one isn't Microsoft.
 It's a BIOS thing. It's been told to report all boot errors, but telling
 the operator "provide some kind of input to continue" takes bytes,
 ( a consideration in the constraints of a BIOS ) and wouldn't mean
 any more to someone it would mean anything to, than what they use.
