Nope,
It's in the BIOS. It never got a chance to boot any OS.
Somebody in a mud-shack in India hacked this one.

There are just too many Error 104 messages once Windows
is running --about every subsystem returns that. It really
means "Connection reset by peer," once the OS is
running. It usually means that there was a hacker
that corrupted the network parameters in the Registry.
