I think you mean difference between the BC1T and BC500T is they pulled one of the 833's and used smaller iron.

Don't think Iv'e seen a BC250T. Assume from other Gates stuff it would have same tubes as BC250GY???? I think I have a schematic of of the BC250GY and for sure the BC1T.
