[BC] Gardening truck with Heliax on back...

Earlier today I was traveling along the 57 freeway northbound near 
Brea, which is east of Los Angeles.  In front of me was a small red 
pickup with some gardening stuffs and what appeared to be about a 
hundred or more feet of 1/2 inch heliax type cable.  It was 
definitely coax.  I thought this was an odd load to have on the back 
of a gardening type vehicle.  I have pictures clearly showing this 
and the license plate.
