If the validation FI measurement is made at minimum distance then GC
is much less relevant than in a proof survey unless there is a large
GC anomaly.

The (present) magnetic survey method does not handle re-rad very well,
however any number of re-radiating structures can be introduced into
the array model to explore both radiation impact and de-tuning
accurately.

J. L. Smith's, "Basic NEC with Broadcast Applications", Focal Press
is available from the SBE Bookstore (discount for SBE members) or
from Amazon for < $100 is probably the best reference.
