[BC] FLASH....FCC Approved the proposed AM MoM rules last night

Item #14, MM Docket 93-177, was deleted from the agenda of today's 
Open Meeting of the Commission along with several other agenda items 
for the reason that all of the deleted items "have been adopted by 
the Commission." Thus the PN should be out tomorrow with all others 
from today's agenda.
