UPI actually had three classifications of bulletins.  Flash was 10 bells.  I
saved every Flash I ever saw, including a new Pope elected, Nixon resigning,
and the first man landing on the moon.

Bulletins were 5 bells...and Urgents were 4 (or was it 3, my memory lags).
When I worked at WSB in Atlanta, we didn't pay too much attention to the
4-bells.   Five bells got our attention...and every body jumped to the
teletype machines when the rare 10 bells sounded.
