Micro SD cards are the size of your thumbnail. Why anyone would want to put
but one album on these is beyond me....my Sandisk Sansa player uses these in
up to a 2 gigabyte size (about five hundred 256 kbps MP3 songs). The typical
CD is what-14 songs?

Followup - the meat of the matter seems to be...

>SanDisk Corp., four major record labels and retailers Best Buy Co.
>and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. are hoping that albums sold on microSD
>memory cards will at least provide an additional stream of sales.
>The companies were expected to unveil plans Monday to sell memory
>cards loaded with music in the MP3 format, free of copy protections.

Note that last phrase.._/*.free of copy protections.*/_
