Compare the "set penetration" of each system. There are, by the IBUZ 
company's own estimate, fewer than 400,000 IBUZ receivers in the 
entire universe. How many audio-capable computers are there? If they 
really want to sell receivers they need to shut off the streams so 
there's no alternative. Very, very few people are listening for the, 
alleged, awesome quality of IBUZ. They're listening for content.  At 
the rate things are going the most compelling content is silence, 
especially on the secondaries that most stations consider bastard 
children and treat them accordingly.
