Well, perhaps so - I've never heard of that brand. It just caught my eye 
as the first battery powered HD. I would suspect it has the same 
inefficient chip-set that other HD receivers use - they've just made the 
case large enough to accomodate a large capacity battery. To be truly 
useful, an HD portable needs to be "Pocket" sized, to take along to ball 
games, or listening while walking, etc; and run on 4 AA's or less. IMO.
