Note that Verizon will cap your data usage even when paying extra per MB
UNLESS you sign up for their TV plan and things of that nature. In one
instance a local guy was streaming radio and they claimed it was excessive
usage and turned his phone off and dropped his account. I believe a similar
thing happened somewhere else around the country with either Verizon or
another carrier. He was signed up for unlimited but there is a limit to
unlimited if you read the fine print.
Just an fyi

Here's what I find for Verizon:
Monthly Allowance Monthly Access Per MB Rate
After Allowance Plan Includes
5 GB
$59.99 $0.25 Data access for Internet browsing, email, or
Intranet access
View All
50 MB
$39.99 $0.25
If you have a small number of listeners spread over a wide area, cellular
and webcasting make economic sense. If you have a large number of users in
a small geographic area, broadcast appears to be a more economical method
of delivering programs to listeners.
