[BC] What are some listeners saying about HD?

I don't that's an accurate statement but it does seem to be a common one amongst pro-IBOC people who are like the passengers partying it up on the Titanic as it's sinking. HD has become hated, mocked and disdained in many places by many people on many Radio message boards amateur and professional, also in stores that USED to sell them or in other words people that understand or sell radio: broadcast employees, hobbyists such as hams and DXers or salesmen; salesmen perhaps don't understand them, but they certainly know a bomb when they see it as they were trying to sell these things all day. My own experience in trying to find them in my local big box stores (and they are plenty of them here in central MA, stores that is, not HD receivers) has been one of frustration as most don't work (when you occasionally encounter one in a corner hidden amongst many analog receivers) and the salesmen themselves immediately try to push you toward satellite or analog saying the things don't work in the stores and don't work very good outside either.
You could maybe call me a sockpuppet except that I use my own name and location when I expose people to the truth about HD in blogs, message boards and online newspapers, in fact the majority of the posts about Huge Disaster are negative and are definitely not just from three of four "sockpuppets" in most IBOC related blogs.
There is one thing I do agree with though, these blogs are not a measure of actual public opinion as their IS no public opinion except mass apathy, the public doesn't know these things exist even though I'm sure many people have heard about it from the huge advertising expenditures that the had been foisted upon the poor radio employees like the critically acclaimed and highly successful boob job series of ads and the majority of it (all?) was unsold airtime anyway.
