[BC] Comcast, PBX, and DSL filters

At WFIF, we bought them and gave them to neighbors who complained of RFI in 
their phones. Worked beautifully!

We even told the Teclo guys we saw from time-to-time to just install DSL 
filters instead of the virtually useless junk they normally installed. Several of 
them thanked us, because not only were the DSL filters (literally) a SNAP to 
install, they DID work many times better! Woo-hoo!

Also, for really tough RFI, it is OK to cascde them. To get our fax machine 
working, I needed three of them in series!
