[BC] dtmf tone filter solutions

I have several of the DR10's with the silencer option, used for remote
ballgames.
The delay is nearly unnoticeable- the talent hasn't said a word about it.
The only "gotcha" is that is that it isn't truly a filter, it mutes
the audio for the duration of the tone.  You can't press a button
while talking without punching a hole in the audio.
