Jon,
If this is a multi line tellos will it pick up more than one line at a time?
I have a client doing the same except the Demux gets very confused if you try to conference a call 
on air. Something to check before they try to use it.
For me it seems that the voltage coming back from the first line is high enough that it goes into a 
limbo state for the second line, Other than off hook. I'm working on a possible solution and so far 
it looks like having to put in a 3db pad inside the tellos.
