If you peruse the message boards and comment sections of newspaper 
articles about IBOC, it becomes abundantly clear that there's a very 
small group of people - three or four, with a handful of "sockpuppet" 
names - who appear to have nothing much better to do than to troll the 
web and spread their views about the system.

I'm not sure I'd take that as much of a measure of actual public opinion 
(or lack thereof) on the system.
