[BC] Certain Spots Blocked From The Internet

What exactly is the reason stations can't allow certain spots
to be on their Internet stream?

Since John Gambling has been back on WOR I've been listening
on the Internet a little almost every morning. Last week I
noticed that a couple days they would run something else
instead of Bill O'reilly's talking points during the 7:00
news and I thought there were different spots at various
times too. Then, I think it was last Friday, O'reilly was
back so I didn't give it much additional thought.

Then yesterday, the different spots were very noticeable and
O'reilly was also replaced (very strange to hear Joe Bartlett
say here's Bill O'reilly's talking points and then listening
to PSAs for two or two and a half minutes.

This morning, the Internet stream was apparently playing the
spots intended to be played on air and the rest of the time
there was silence, guess the computer was doing the reverse
of what it should have been doing. I then tuned in later and
program matterial was being played and there was silence
during many of the spots.

Kind of interesting that John Gambling has talked about
broadcasting on occasion and has said that Internet
Broadcasting and WIFI will replace over the air broadcasting
one of these days, never mentioning HD radio.

To me, just someone who loves AM radio, it seems like the
radio industry does everything up side down.
