[BC] ARC-16 and Tellular

Hello:

We have a recently updated Burk ARC-16 with the latest firmware on a POTS 
line. Our phone company is less than cooperative regarding fixing this phone 
line; every time it rains, the line is busy when it is called. 

I am considering a device made by Tellular that is designed to interface 
regular telephone equipment to the cellular network. Anyone here ever used a 
Tellular unit with your Burk unit, and how well does it work?
