AFAIK, all of the AM rebroadcast STAs granted over the past couple of
years have been for translators that were previously authorized to
rebroadcast an FM station.  In fact, the translator license document
should show the FM as primary station, even if it was modified after
the STA was granted.

In fccinfo.com, click on the "Other Applications" link for the
translator in question and it should tell you the status of the STA.
It shouldn't show as a pending app if it has been granted.  However,
you may not be able to access the application document because the FCC
still accepts paper filings for STAs.
