[BC] Another translator quesitons

For audio IDs its 3x a day:  between 7 & 9am, between 12:55pm & 1:05pm, and
between 4 & 6pm.

I've never heard a jingle.  I wouldn't confuse the audience with the
call sign of the translator beyond the required IDs; but emphasize the
AM's new FM frequency as part of general station imaging.
