The plans for the WOAI "Jeffers" (120 over 120) were signed by A.D.  
Ring, so while the original research was done by Jeffers (with a  
helpful comment from A.D. Ring), the actual plans and submission to  
the Commission was done by A.D. Ring.

I'm reasonably sure A.D. Ring completed the design, from Jeffers'  
experimental data, including the base and intermediate tuning  
networks design, the lighting system design, and the monitoring  
system design.
