[BC] Didn't That Used to Be the So-&-So Factory?

The BE thread here started a train of thought for me that had an unexpected conclusion. I mentally ran thru all the BE cart machines I'd ever used, I recalled BE's "tiki" motif at an NAB Show some 15 years ago, then skipped through my mind to other manufacturers I never hear from anymore and their products --- like ITC's totally unintuitive digital cart replacement computer thingie from around 1996-97 or so.
Anyway, here's where I ended up: Micro-Trak used to have a facility in Holyoke Mass; BE maintained a presence in or around Silver Spring MD; and a manufacturing plant in Winchester VA cranked out magnetic tape for Fidelipac carts. More recently, Wheatstone was based in Syracuse NY before heading south to North Carolina. So what businesses/buildings/parking lots et al now stand where these and other titans once held sway? Is there a Starbucks counter now where once a milling machine stood, making baseplates for Delta cart decks?
My memory might be faulty on some locations and products, so if any of y'all live or work near some of these former sites, I'd sure like to know.
