Scott, that is not they way we have found Michael.

He has originated his national program from the ACN Network studios in 
Spokane several times and he has been a total professional every time.

I found him to be very bright and pleasant.

Maybe being a CEO helps.

He must have been having a bad day or something.  Usually when he shows up 
here he's been pretty good.  Once when there was a
major ISDN outage at his home studio knocking the broadcast off for at least 
a half hour, he was rather ticked but never took
it out on anyone here.
