since you read the disclaimer, it's not unreasonable to think that 
you probably read the message above it...

  remember the old gummint answer, where two men, wearing black suits 
and sunglasses,  would show up in front of you, hold up something 
resembling a ballpoint pen, and tell you to 'just Look at the 
Light'...  you know, the old MIB scene...

   Well, that's been updated, from what I hear...

  I think the updated version works directly from the computer's monitor now...

This "New Light" is actually a combination of specific pixels, at 
specific frequencies, strategically placed across the screen so as to 
induce total vacuuity in the mind of all recipients.

Only gummint verified and intended recipients of such messages will 
be issued New Special Gummint Glasses to shield them from such mind 
numbing exposures, and thusly be able to recall what was said.

  All unintended, unshielded recipients will therefore find 
themselves saying "Huh?" shortly after viewing the encoded messsages.

  You could even be looking at one of those mesages NOW!  Quick! 
where're your glasses!?
