Rich,
You obviously did NOT read the NOTICE properly.
The NOTICE appears at the bottom of the email
body. You must read the body content before the
NOTICE. If you believe you received the email in
error, the NOTICE requests you to notify the sender
and delete the email with any attachments without
reading, forwarding or saving them. "Them" refers to
the attachments, if any and NOT the email body.
No criminal penalty is mentioned. This does not,
however, preclude civil penalty. Physically destroying
the hard drive that contains your emails is one method
of permanent deletion. There are other methods that can
do this without physical destruction.
It is important to carefully read such notices since a
misunderstanding may result in mental and/or physical
trauma, consuming of bandwidth on this and possibly
lists, distraction and odd behavior with friends and/or
coworkers, etc.
I humbly recommend a call to 1-800-DRLAURA
