[BC] WTEM--Chief engineer

There is LOTS to this story which is not being conveyed....However it
appears the most important part of the day was covered. 1PM to end of game
time.

I won't argue a major market cluster needs a FT chief. Dan might be in the
process of hiring one as he only recently closed on the bulk of the
cluster. And he knows darn well engineers play an important role is his
game broadcasts.

It is entirely plausible the site or some part of the system was inundated
given the amount of rain which fell or his contractor couldn't get there
due to flooding in the area. I'm not going to tar him just yet as the group
is new and they're in the process of building. And we all know AM
competent engineers are not easy to find.

Mr Snyder is known to be a control freak. But he wouldn't be where he is
today if he didn't have important roles filled by hired hands. Depending
on the circumstances, a FT chief might not have been able to restore
operation either....
