[BC] for one of you TV guys to pass along

For anyone here who is also on a TV engineering list, would you please 
do me a favor?  I got an old ITFS transmitter, an EMCEE TTS-10 ITFS 
transmitter.  I'd like to get a manual for it, or at the very least a 
schematic.  Could this be converted to ham band use?
