[BC] Problems with online radio restrictions

What about circumventiong the whole rotten system, entirely, by cutting 
annual checks to the authors & artists, directly? Let the computer and the 
Accounting dept handle it all in-house. Then the people who *deserve* that money (the 
music authors & artists) would get 100% instead of what, 2% or less?!
